Terms of Service
These terms apply to Binessentials (binessentials.com), operated by Nicholas Carr LLC. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Shipping transit takes 3–7 business days after shipping. We ship to the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.) only. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. Otherwise, shipping is a flat rate of $4.99.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store full card numbers.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, in which case we pay. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. We do not offer exchanges.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies when you use the site.
