How do I place an order?
You can place an order through binessentials.com by adding bags to your cart and completing checkout. Our store runs on WordPress with WooCommerce.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days before shipping.
Where do you ship, and how long does transit take?
We ship only to the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.). No international shipping. Transit takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 have a flat rate of $4.99.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, in which case we pay. The return address is 111 Garbon Dr, Summerville, SC, 29485.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. We do not offer exchanges.
